With more than 17 years of experience in tax compliance, advisory and resolving tax audit and investigations, Kelvin delivers a breadth of knowledge that helps clients manage their taxes efficiently. His clients operate in various sectors of the economy including trading, manufacturing, construction, property development, service providers, aquaculture, agriculture, property investment, logistics, ecommerce, franchising, plantations and mining. This .diversity of clients and scale of business operations has given him insights and solutions that have made the difference for Fortune Group’s clients.
Chin Tee is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Fellow with the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. Chin Tee has more than 20 years of experience in the audit and assurance industry servicing the Big 4 accounting firms including Ernst & Young and Deloitte in both Malaysia and Singapore. He is experienced in conducting audits for multinational corporations, public listed companies and private companies across various industries such as property development and construction, property investment, consumer businesses, retailing, manufacturing, the service industry, shipping and others. He has also been involved in completing several financial due diligence exercises and assessments for carrying amounts of various intangible and tangible assets via forecasts and projections. In addition, Chin Tee has also taken on the role of a manager for several corporate listing exercises in preparation of Accountants’ reports and Proforma financial statements, as well as attending DDWG meetings.
Jing Wen is a licensed Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant. She is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
Within a span of eight years, she progressed from the accounting department to being entrusted with tax and company secretarial practices, and climbed f rom Department Manager to General Manager. She currently serves as Associate Director overseeing the operations of the entire Group. She has extensive knowledge in company secretarial practices and is well versed with the Companies Act. She has resolved several disputes between Boards of Di rectors and shareholders and helped companies’ operations to get back on track. Her well-rounded experience in accounting has equipped her with the insights that enabled her to rev iew and resol ve complex accounting issues and has helped clients avoid hefty potential tax penalties due to incorrect accounting treatment.
